Suspected terror networks in having custody in Kisutu Resident Magistrate Court in Dar es Salaam have been taken to read the charges.

RESIDENTS in Dar es Salaam 16 today have appeared in court magistrate Kisutu, facing two separate cases, including including conspiracy and helping others to commit terrorism various parts of Tanzania and using a network of Fesibuku find methods of making explosives to commit terrorism in Kenya.
In the first case the accused is, Nassor Abdallah, Hassan Solomon, Anthari Ahmed, Mohamed Yusuf, Abdallah Hassan popular as a father, Hussein Ally, Juma Juma, Said Ally, Hamis Salum, Said Salum, Abubakar Mngodo, Salum Salum Salum Amour, Alawi Amin, Rashid Nyange or Pala and Amir week.
Charges have been read before the Chief Resident Magistrate, Hellen Riwa of the court. Side of the Republic, led by Senior State Attorney Prosper Mwangamila been assisted by government lawyers, George Barasa, Mwanaamina Kombakono and Brenda Nick.
Barasa alleged that on various dates between 2013 and this year in different parts of Tanzania, the defendants conspired to commit the offense of supporting terrorism take place. It is alleged in the second trial, between January 2013 and June this year different parts of Tanzania, all defendants collectively helped Absaloum and Farah Sadick Omary commit terrorism against the law.
Riwa judge said the case shall be as specified July 23 this year and will continue to stay inmates accused. In the second case, the defendant is, Jihad Swalehe faces two charges including conspiracy and making contact through social network Facebook to find methods to make terrorism in Kenya. Nick claimed to be a place of no known day in Dar es Salaam, the accused was a conspiracy to commit a terrorist offense.

Mkazi Kisutu, wakikabiliwa na kesi mbili tofauti ikiwemo ikiwemo kula
njama na kusaidia wenzao kufanya ugaidi sehemu mbalimbali Tanzania na
kutumia mtandao wa Fesibuku kupata mbinu za kutengeza mabomu ya kwenda
kufanya ugaidi nchini Kenya.
Katika

Mashtaka
hayo yalisomwa mbele ya Hakimu Mkazi Mkuu, Hellen Riwa wa mahakama
hiyo. Upande wa Jamhuri uliongozwa na Wakili wa Serikali Mwandamizi,
Prosper Mwangamila akisaidiana na Mawakili wa Serikali, George Barasa,
Mwanaamina Kombakono na Brenda Nick.
Barasa
alidai kuwa katika tarehe tofauti kati ya mwaka 2013 na mwaka huu
sehemu mbalimbali nchini Tanzania, washtakiwa walikula njama ya kutenda
kosa la kusaidia kufanyika ugaidi. Ilidaiwa katika shitaka la pili, kati
ya Januari mwaka 2013 na June mwaka huu sehemu mbalimbali Tanzania,
washtakiwa wote kwa pamoja waliwasaidia Sadick Absaloum na Farah Omary
kufanya ugaidi kinyume cha sheria.
Hakimu Riwa alisema kesi hiyo itatajwa Julai 23, mwaka huu na washtakiwa wataendelea kukaa mahabusu. Katika kesi ya pili, mshtakiwa ni, Jihad Swalehe anakabiliwa na mashitaka mawili ikiwemo kula njama na kufanya mawasiliano kupitia mtandao wa kijamii Facebook ya kupata mbinu za kufanya ugaidi nchini Kenya. Nick alidai kuwa siku na mahali pasipofahamika jijini Dar es Salaam, mshtakiwa alikuwa na njama ya kutenda kosa la kigaidi.
