Mwendesha Mashtaka wa serikali Rizick Matitu  akisoma mashtaka  hayo  mbele ya hakimu mfawidhi wa mahakama hiyo Augostino Rwizile kuwa mnamo Februari 3, mwaka huu washtakiwa hao kwa pamoja walifanya fujo katika mtaa wa Sido ambazo zingepelekea uvunjifu wa amani kinyume na kifungu cha sherea cha 89 (1) (a) ya kanuni ya adhabu.

Mwendesha mashtaka huyo alisema shtaka la pili ni la kumtishia kumwagia tindikali Deo Sanga ambaye ni Mwenyekiti wa CCM Mkoa wa Njombe kinyume na kifungu cha sheria cha 89 (1) (b) sura ya 16 ya kanuni ya adhabu.

Hata hivyo washtakiwa wawili wa kesi hiyo waliofika mahakani hapo Ally Mhagama na Robert Shejamabu walikana mashtaka hayo, na kuachiwa huru kwa dhamana, ambapo hakimu Rwizile aliahirisha kesi hiyo hadi Machi 6, mwaka huu.

Kutokana na vurugu hizo pia wafuasi wawili wa CCM, Steward Mkongwa (30) mkazi wa Njombe Mijini na Henry Ndone (36) mkazi wa mtaa wa Joshoni  wamefikishwa katika mahakama hiyo na kusomewa shtaka moja la kumshambulia na kumjeruhi askari polisi mwenye namba G. 305 David Mponda aliyefika katika eneo la tukio kwa lengo kusuruhisha ugomvi huo.
