School teachers have been asked to develop the talents

Primary school teachers , secondary and higher education, have been asked to develop the talents of their students to the country to be with players who grew up well .

The appeal has been issued yesterday by the head of Rungwe district , speaking with school principals, directors and owners of private schools on the region of the southern highlands .

Meela said that the present education system is now a role model from the UK , so no need teachers and see the new system emphasizing sports schools.

'' I had a very good painter , I look I could draw like you are but I rather developed disappointed if I told that I was stupid when the profession has a lot of money '' said Meela .

Also he asked teachers to revive schools scout for what he said were young scout it Build self confidence, discipline and youths were taught they were the guardians of society to be the forefront of confronting offenders and provide information to law enforcement agencies.

WALIMU wa shule za Msingi, sekondari na vyuo, wametakiwa kukuza vipaji vya wanafunzi wao ili nchi iwe na wachezaji waliolelewa vema.

Wito huo umetolewa jana na Mkuu wa wilaya ya Rungwe, alipokuwa akizungumza na wakuu wa shule, Wakurugenzi na wamiliki wa shule binafsi kanda ya nyanda za juu kusini.

Meela alisema kuwa mfumo wa elimu uliopo hivi sasa ni wa kuigwa kutoka Uingereza, hivyo kuna haja walimu wakaangalia mfumo mpya na kusisitiza michezo mashuleni.

‘’Mimi nilikuwa mchoraji mzuri sana, nikikuangalia nilikuwa naweza kuchora kama ulivyo lakini nilikatishwa tamaa badala ya kuendelezwa nikiambiwa kuwa nitakuwa mjinga wakati fani hiyo ina pesa nyingi’’ alisema Meela.

Pia aliwaomba walimu kufufua scout mashuleni kwa kile alichosema kuwa scout inawajengea vijana uwezo wa kujiamini, nidhamu na vijana hao wakifundishwa wanakuwa walinzi wa jamii kwa kuwa mstari wa mbele kufichua wahalifu na kutoa taarifa kwa vyombo vya sheria.
